CEO

Christopher Deane, M.Sc. B.Sc. Dip.Ed. CEO

CEO of Australian Farm Forestry with a current staff of 23. Involved in day-to-day management of company projects including revegetation, translocation, farm forestry nursery and quality contract growing.

Christopher has designed and developed proven translocation methods, treatments and equipment. Christopher was co-founder of Cedar Hills Flowers and Foliage, which developed harvest and post-harvest technology for the production of native foliage for domestic and export markets with 85 staff. Christopher has consulted to various independent forest organisations and statutory authorities on a large range of environmental issues.

General Manager

Lincoln Smith, B.Sc. Ecologist

Lincoln is a consulting Ecologist for Australian Farm Forestry Pty Ltd and responsible for the ongoing scientific monitoring of translocation and rehabilitation projects. Lincoln is also responsible for the mensuration of native forest plantations and remediation works.

Operations Manager

Patrick Johnston, Operations Manager

Patrick is responsible for the day-to-day onsite management and coordinating operational works. Patrick has been involved with Australian Farm Forestry Pty Ltd for over 20 years in various operational capacities.

Nursery Mananger

Luaun Read, Nursery Manager

Luaun is responsible for the smooth operations of the nursery located near Mapleton. This nursery is involved in producing the native plant stock used in a large number of projects. Luaun has been involved with Australian Farm Forestry Pty Ltd for 3 years in this capacity.
